View Royal would like to create a comprehensive park master plan for Helmcken Centennial Park to evaluate strategic investment into park infrastructure and amenities and create a long-term strategy for this recreational space. The project objectives include the following: community engagement and support for future investment identify a 15-year investment program including allocation of space for various uses, identifying both capital and maintenance costs identify resiliency measures for the Town to consider with respect to storm surge and sea level rise.
