Site work, new construction and renovation of a water / sewer project in McLeansville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of February 12,2018 The project is projected to be completed in approximately 100 days. Non-potable water pump station with two vertical turbine pumps and associated piping and electrical. Repurposing existing area with new masonry, unit heaters and lighting for strainer as part of process piping. Electrical work including pad mounted transformers with medium voltage supply to substation and replacing existing MCCs requiring extensive coordination with the plant. Two new masonry buildings with built-up roofing system over hollowcore including ancillary electrical and HVAC to house new switchgear and MCCs. Rehabilitation and rebuild of clarifier mechanisms in the 115 diameter Primary Clarifiers 5 and 6.
