Site work, paving, new construction and renovation of a civil project in Eastend, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The work includes: 1. Construction of a new water treatment plant, including a 480 sq m building over a 1,160 cu m concrete reservoir foundation; 2. Supply, installation and commissioning of treatment, pumping, mechanical and electrical equipment; 3. Construction of an access road and truck fill station; 4. Modifications to the existing plant, including decommissioning of existing mechanical and electrical equipment, and demolition of a portion of the building; 5. Construction of a 26,500 cu m raw water storage reservoir, including two pumping stations, HDPE liner, a new river intake system and approximately 80 m of HDPE raw water supply mains; 6. Installation of approximately 200 m of HDPE treated water supply main, including a river crossing by directional drilling; 7. Installation of a pre-fabricated effluent lift station and approximately 200 m of HDPE effluent force main including a river crossing by directional drilling; 8. Landscaping, hardscaping and fencing of the site; 9. Clean up of the site; 10. Repair of defects in workmanship and/or materials for a period of one year after completion of the work. Only pre-qualified major subcontractors (mechanical, electrical and undergrounds/earthwork) will be permitted to be listed as major subcontractors on the Tender Forms.
