The RM of White Valley No. 49 is accepting tenders for loading, hauling and spreading approximately 40,000 to 50,000 cubic yards of crushed gravel of various sizes to various municipal roads plus private yards from 2 pits within the RM for the 2024 season The RM of White Valley No. 49 requires loading to be done with a loader and if there is availability to return to do spot gravelling and private yard gravelling if required. Tenders must include price per cu yard per mile of haul, price per cu yard for loading, minimum haul charge and any other additional surcharges or mobilization charges. Tenders should also include equipment listing and expected start and completion dates. The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted and Council reserves the right to reject any or all tenders.
