Site work and new construction of a library in Mechanicsville, Virginia. Completed plans call for the construction of a library; and for site work for a library.
Provide all materials, labor, equipment, and other incidentals necessary for the construction of a library building and associated site improvements for the County of Hanover, VA. The building will be approximately 20,835 gross square feet in area over two floor levels and include associated site work, irrigation and landscaping, including landscaping of the parking areas, exterior site lighting and utilities work. Existing pre-graded parking area will require maintenance and protection for separate paving by others after the library construction is complete. Coordination and testing will be required as noted in the Contract Documents. All Work shall be provided in accordance with the Contract Documents.
