Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Edmonton, Alberta. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a medical facility.
Construction of a new community hospital and health campus on a 320-acre site (former Ellerslie Research Station - E1/2 and S1/2 25-51-25-W4M) in southwest Edmonton. The facility will provide 350-500 inpatient beds and a comprehensive mix of health care services, integrating acute care and emergency services. A portion of this site will be sub-divided and used for the health campus with residual lands used by others for other process. Method of delivery will be Design-Build-Finance- Management (DBFM). TIMELINE: Project has been cancelled. No further design or construction is expected to ensue. Coverage of this report is discontinued. Cost Consultant - Altus Group Ltd. Owner's Planning Consultant - Colliers Project Leaders Fairness Advisor Services is by RFP Solutions Inc. Independent Commissioning Authority Consultant - Integral Group. Site preparation planning and design has been completed by Morrison Hershfield Ltd.
