Site work, paving, outdoor lighting and renovation of a mixed-use development in Arlington, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
For the provision of demolition, site work, utilities (stormwater, electrical), multi-use court, lighting, picnic areas, picnic shelter, fire pit, bathroom renovation, stormwater management, walkways, fencing, signage, site furnishings, reforestation area, conserved open space and landscaping. There are no additional phases of this Work after Phase 1. - Includes cast-in-place concrete, including reinforcement, concrete materials, mixture design, placement procedures, and finishes. 1. Demolition and removal of selected portions of building or structure. 2. Demolition and removal of selected site elements. 3. Salvage of existing items to be reused or recycled Bid Surety in the amount of 5% of the bid must be submitted with the bid. Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the award and a Landscape Maintenance Bond in the amount of 25% of award will be required of the successful bidder.Arlington County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, cancel this solicitation, and waive any informalities or irregularities as defined in the Arlington County Purchasing Resolution. TIME FOR COMPLETION- (300) consecutive calendar days
