Site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Norman, Oklahoma. Design plans call for the addition of a stadium; and for the renovation of a stadium.
The scope of work involved includes: terraced seating; outdoor lounge seating on terraced wall; first base club consisting of drink rails, lounge seating, and table-top seating; outdoor concession area; integrated extension of the shade awning along the first base side; expanded upper concourse; outdoor lounge seating with shading devices; shaded terraced awning in the shape of a baseball at the far end of the berms that will allow for bar height drink rails. Also in the plan is a second level clubhouse, coaches office and team meeting space. As of March 21, 2023, this project is in conceptual planning. No building permit applications have been submitted to the city yet. A timeline for contractor bidding has not yet been decided. There is no timeline for when construction is anticipated to begin.
