Demolition and site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Norman, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
As of June 13, 2022, this project (BP#1/Phase 5) has already been awarded to subcontractors, and has been under construction since end of February 2022. Please be advised that Bid Package #1 for Griffin Park Phase 5 in Norman, OK has been issued for bid. The link to the bid documents are below. Please note addendum 1 is also included which changes the bid date and pre-bid meeting date that were originally released in a printed legal ad. Please be sure to use the correct dates when posting. Link includes: Drawings Specifications Bid Package #1 CM Addendum #1 Scopes include: Demolition, Painting, Site Concrete, Fencing, Landscaping, Irrigation & Plantings. All planting operations shall commence immediately after site preparation and start no earlier than May 15th, and be completed no later than June 15th, unless approved by the Landscape Architect. Performance Bond - 100% of Contract 2. Statutory Bond - 100% of Contract 3. Guarantee/Warranty Bonds - 100% of Contract
