Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lakeville, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
**As of April 12, 2021, this project has been awarded to Minnesota Dirt Works in the amount of $711,464.47. The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place, for the Cedar Crossing Park Development Project. The work shall include, but not be limited to, the following: Site earthwork to include soils corrections and export of soils, filtration basin, stormwater improvements, bituminous trails, bituminous parking lot with concrete curb and gutter, concrete pads and walks, picnic shelter with electrical service, concrete playground container, bituminous pickleball court with chain link fencing and color coated surfacing, concrete basketball half court, miscellaneous site furnishings, site restoration, erosion control and landscaping. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days.
