Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Norfolk, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Work under this project consists of placing a new concrete deck overlay, deck repairs, sidewalk repairs, parapet repairs, and expansion joint replacement. Work outside the bridge footprint consists of median removal/replacement for traffic diversion, milling and paving bridge approach pavement for elevation adjustment, and pavement striping. All Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted no later than March 30, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. through the Questions portal.
