The owner has determined a prequalified list of Construction Managers. A timeline for construction has not yet been established. The School District of Manatee County is accepting statements of qualifications from firms for complete Construction Management at Risk Services for Lakewood Ranch High School Classroom Wing Addition at the existing campus. The scope consists of a new 20 classroom, 2-story wing addition, relocation and/or removal of portables and associated sitework. The total project budget is $16,500,000.00. The applicant must be certified to perform work in the State of Florida at the time of application. Further, if a corporation, the applicant must be registered by the Department of State, Division of Corporations, to operate in the State of Florida at the time of the application. The selection will be made in accordance with the current State Requirements for Educational Facilities (SREF), as may be amended, Florida Statute 287.055, and the School District of Manatee County's procedures and criteria. Firms interested in being considered for this project must submit an application following the Department of Construction Services' (DCS) Selection Process. The Selection Process and Request for Qualification (RFQ) forms are available on the DCS page of the District's website under the Selection Process tab. The following information is required: 1. Letter of Interest stating the project for which application is being made 2. Completed DCS Form Request for Qualifications (RFQ) #1 3. Resumes of key personnel 4. State of Florida corporate and professional registration certificates 5. List of five (5) client references including name, title, phone number, and project information.
