Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a civil project in Issaquah, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The work to be performed under the base bid includes the installation of approximately 2,200 lineal feet of 12-inch ductile iron water main, 200 lineal feet of 12-inch. ductile iron drain line, 1,600 lin-eal feet of 12-inch PVC SDR35 drain line and appurtenances, paving, and property restoration. Proposals shall be on forms included in the contract docu-ments and shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond (with an authorized surety com-pany as surety), made payable to the City of Issaquah, in an amount not less than 5% of the amount of the bid. We reserve the right to waive any :irregularities or informali-ties and to reject any or all bids and to award this Contract to a single bidder based on the lowest responsible bid for aggregate total of both schedules.
