Site work for a water / sewer project in Issaquah, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Work to be performed includes excavating side and back. water channels and placement of large woody debris, streambed. gravel and restoration plantings along the right bank of Issaquah Creek between SE 62nd St. and SE 60th St. We reserve the right to waive any irregularities or informali-ties and to reject any or all bids and to award this Contract to a single bidder based on the lowest responsible bid for aggregate total of both schedules, Questions regarding this bid may be directed to Allen Quynn at; 425837-.3439 or allenq@issaquah-wa.gov. Proposals shall be on forms included in the contract. docu-ments and shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond (with an authorized surety com-pany as surety), made payable to the City of Issaquah, in an amount not; less than 5% of the amount of the bid. No bidder may withdraw their bid after the time announced for the opening, or before the award and execution of the contract, unless the award is delayed for a period exceeding sixty-five (65) days.
