Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Durham, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field.
Description: Eno River State Park - Visitor Contact Station & Maintenance Building SCO#16-14412-01A This project scope includes two buildings - a 3,281 heated SF visitor contact station (new building) with a 6,525 SF roof and 2,413 SF deck, and a 2,628 SF maintenance building. The program includes a lobby, exhibit area, reception area, office spaces, a multipurpose room, prep area, mechanical and storage spaces, exterior access bathrooms, a breezeway, and decks. The building construction type is V-B and the Occupancy is A-3. Add Alternates include: Alternate No. 1 Parking spaces along Cole Mill Road and the existing parking loop south of the Visitor Center. Alternate No. 2 Overflow Parking Outside of fence at Maintenance Yard Alternate No. 3 Instantaneous Water Heaters Bids will be received for Single Prime General Contracts. All proposals shall be lump sum. Message to Bidders: This project is out for Re-Bid due to issues with bid forms in previous submission of proposals. The metal building is now included in the base bid. All subcontractors on CT Wilson projects must provide a certificate of insurance - per C.T. Wilson's forms.
