Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Durham, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility.

** As of September 11, 2019 this RFQ has not yet been awarded. per the owner an award is expected to be made in November 2019. Anticipated start date is Fall 2020. Negotiations are under way with the following firms: Bobbitt Design-Build LLC Monteith Construction/Davis-Kane Architects *Monteith Construction and Davis-Kane Architects are negotiating this bid as a team/joint venture. An award is anticipated mid-September 2019. Any questions regarding this RFQ must be received in writing prior to 5/3/2019 by 3:00 p.m. Questions received after this date may not receive response. Questions should be directed to Todd Tingler at todd.tingler@durhamnc.gov. General Services estimates an approximate Construction Budget of $5 million dollars for completion of this project including all costs and fees.
