Project consists of the expansion of the driving course and a classroom building at the current City of Charlotte Vehicle Operations Center. The work includes extending the perimeter road around the additional acreage, building a large open concrete pad in the middle and an additional training classroom facility to support operations and training. Plumbing, Mechanical and Electrical as well as site work also part of the project scope.
