Site work and paving for a civil project in North Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
SCOPE OF WORK: Work shall include the installation of approximately 7,500 feet of new reinforced concrete box (RCB) along Alexander Road from Decatur Boulevard to Simmons Street, transition and juncture structures, utility relocations, roadway rehabilitation, and open channel work east of Simmons Street along the Red Coach Avenue alignment in North Las Vegas, Nevada. The Project shall be completed within six hundred (600) consecutive calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed, which time shall include resolution of all punch list items, final cleanup and demobilization. The estimated monetary range of the project is $34,000,000 to $36,000,000. A PREBID CONFERENCE will NOT be held for this project. Bidders are expected to familiarize themselves with the project site and conditions without the attendance of City representatives.
