Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in North Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.

The work involves construction of pedestrian safety enhancements, landscaping, parklet, sidewalk and curb ramp upgrades, pavement widening, new medians, signing/striping, and other related appurtenances. The improvements are located at three North Las Vegas Schools: Brian and Teri Cram Middle School; Addeliar D Guy Elementary School; and HP Fitzgerald Elementary School. The estimated monetary range of the project is: $1,600,000 to $2,000,000. The Project shall be completed within ninety (90) consecutive calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed, which time shall include resolution of all punch list items, final cleanup and demobilization A prebid conference will not be held for this project. All questions must be submitted in writing and received no later than 3:00 p.m., Thursday, December 2, 2021. Apparent bid results will be sent via email provided on Page BP-7 of the bid proposal. The final 1% subcontractor list shall be included in the bid proposal or submitted via email within two hours of notification of apparent bid results. This is a Federal-Aid project so any contractor, otherwise qualified by the State of Nevada to perform such work, is not required to be licensed nor to submit application for license in advance of submitting a bid or having such bid considered. However, the contractor determined to be the successful bidder shall obtain the required license in accordance with the provisions of NRS Chapter 624 prior to executing the contract.
