Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Reno, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
For performing work on the Zunino-Jiggs Reservoir Boat Launch Facility, near Jiggs, Nevada. The Project consists of the construction of a new Portland Cement Concrete Pavement Boat Ramp, earthwork, graveled parking areas, gravel access roads, new restrooms facilities, ADA accessible parking, traffic signage, ramada shade structures, picnic tables, boat dock, embankment slope and crest revetment, and dike slope and crest revetment. The Bidding Requirements, Conditions of the Contract and General Requirements within the project specifications must be reviewed and understood by all bidders Bidders are hereby notified that no less than the general prevailing wage rates as determined by the Nevada Labor Commissioner shall be paid to all workmen employed on said project PWP-EL-2018-236. All questions shall be directed in writing to Heath Hildebrandt, Project Manager, email: hhildebrandt@dyerengineering.com. The Nevada Department of Wildlife reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in a bid and to make awards in the interest of the State of Nevada. As of April 11, 2019, construction is underway. All trades are let.
