Renovation of a mixed-use development in Reno, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and laboratory facility.
This is a prevailing wage project. Upgrade filtration for makeup air units MUA-2 and MUA-3 and replace MUA-4. Estimated Cost Range: $60,000 - $160,000 Liquidated Damages: $500/day *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Required Special Licenses/Qualifications: Contractor shall hold a current Nevada mechanical contractor's license. Special Considerations: Rooftop construction work requiring fall protection. Crane lift required. Coordination with building department and UNR facilities as work will impact fume hoods and HVAC system. Required Insurance if Awarded: Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability, Workers' Compensation, Rigger's Liability, Contractor's Pollution Liability and Builders Risk Insurance will be required. Please refer to the TEMPLATE-Owner-Contractor Construction Agreement on the Attachments tab for limits and additional information. Completion of Work: Subject to change by Owner, Work is scheduled to begin on "April 6, 2022" and shall be fully complete by "October 31, 2023."
