Renovation of an educational facility in Reno, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
For Bid #23-52-B-02-DA Repaint, Reseal and Replace Exterior Window and Door Frames at Damonte Ranch High School Scope of Work: Paint and seal window/door frames. Replace insulated glazing units within the existing frames and replace the exterior HM doors and windows where indicated. Contractors desiring to bid on this work shall be contractors presently licensed by the Nevada State Contractors Board and shall maintain a valid Contractors License for the duration of the construction project. In addition, any and all Subcontractors that will be utilized by the Contractor shall also be presently licensed by the Nevada State Contractors Board and shall maintain a valid license for the duration of the construction project. All licensing requirements as specified in Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) Chapter 624 shall also be strictly adhered to. Contractors shall also carry and provide evidence of required insurance liability coverage as specified in the Liability Insurance Specifications, as identified in Section 00800 SUPPLEMENTARY GENERAL CONDITIONS. All questions shall be submitted in writing directly to WCSDs Solicitations website at web site or via e-mail to solicitations@washoeschools.net by 5:00 p.m. (Local Time) on March 15, 2023. During this active solicitation there shall be no personal contact with any WCSD employees or other parties associated with this project directly. All inquiries shall be done in writing as stated above.
