Renovation of a water / sewer project in Troy, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
**As of November 26, 2019 this project has not yet been awarded. Anticipated award date would be sometime in December 2019. The City of Troy will receive separate sealed Bids for the Southeast Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF) and Highway 47 Lift Station upgrades project in the City of Troy, Missouri. The work consists of upgrades at both locations including; selective demolition, site work, structural, architectural, process equipment, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, instrumentation and controls work. The basis of award of the project will be the responsible and qualified bidder with the lowest price total of the Base Bid and all Bid Alternates. The project is funded by the State of Missouri Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF No. C295822-01) and state agency requirements are included as part of the Bid Documents. A Bid Security in the amount of 5% of the Bid must accompany Bids in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
