Onset Fire District Prudential Committee, is seeking Owner's Project Management (OPM) Services from a qualified owner's project manager or a management firm, as defined in M.G.L. c. 149, 44A 1/2 and as further defined by the provisions of this RFQ, related to the design and construction of a building, associated utilities, landscaping and paving for the District's new Fire Station. The District is conducting a competitive qualification based selection (QBS) process to obtain OPM Services as defined in M.G.L. c. 149, 44A1/2 and as further defined by the provisions of the RFQ pages 5 through 11. The Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") may be obtained from the Onset Fire District Offices, above agency address, Mon. - Thurs. 9:00 A.M. - 3:00 P.M. or by emailing Frank Basler at fbasler@PlymouthCountyMA.gov beginning on September 1, 2017. Please see the RFQ for all pertinent details. Estimated Construction Cost $8,000,000 As of December 11, 2018, the project is in the evaluation stage, it has not been awarded a designer. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. A firm timeline has not been established.*
