Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Bancroft, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 10,400-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility.
Design and build of a public works facility. Design and construction of a public works facility where vehicles and equipment will be stored, housed, repaired, and maintained. It will also act as the headquarters for public works staff and will include an office area, staff lunchroom, and washrooms (with showers). The facility shall be approximately 10,400 sq. ft. in size - the concept is for a building 130 ft. long and 80 ft. wide. This would allow for 6 drive through garage bays (for 8 vehicles), plus a single bay and a secure stock room. Staff area would occupy the remaining space approximately of 1,800 sq. ft. The modified design will include additional space as follows: Four (4) additional bays and one (1) additional office - For a total building addition of 26' x 80'. TIMELINE: Project has been cancelled. Lease at existing location has been renewed until 2027. Coverage has been discontinued.
