This Invitation to Tender (the ITT) is an invitation by Hastings and Prince Edward District School Board (HPEDSB) to prospective bidders to submit bids for works involved for Mechanical Renewal and Architectural Renovations at North Hastings High School , as further described in the ITT Particulars (Appendix D) (the Deliverables). To perform HVAC heating systems upgrades in an existing two storey school. The contract will include hazardous materials abatement, selective demolition and alterations, repairs to existing terrazzo floors, new casework, resilient flooring, wood doors, hollow metal doors, frames and screens, glazed aluminum windows and doors, roofing repairs, drywall and acoustic work, painting, mechanical and electrical work, and other related work for the renovation of existing spaces.
