Construction work, in general, consists of reconstruction of the bridge deck on Val Vista Drive and the Eastern Canal and the installation of a HAWK crossing; and other incidental work. The Engineer's estimate is $1,695,000.00 Each bid shall be in accordance with the Contract Documents. Any bid which does not conform in all material respects to the Contract Documents will be considered non-responsive.
