As pf April 20, 2022, a construction manager at risk, architect, and project/construction management firm has been selected for the project. Construction is estimated for February of 2022. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: This will be a Construction Manager at Risk Project pursuant to ARS Section 34-601 et seq. Design and construction to expand the existing dispatch center on the second floor of the Police Department Building. Design and Construction to reconfigure the existing Counseling space, in the police department building, for displaced second floor Police Department staff. Design and construction of vacant space in the existing Court building for Counseling and Police Department staff. The project scope will include the design and construction to expand the existing dispatch center located at the Public Safety Complex at 75 E. Civic Center Drive, Gilbert, AZ 85296. The dispatch center currently occupies approximately 4,400 sf on the second floor of the building. The current space includes (15) fifteen public safety dispatch consoles (three of which were recently added). The expansion will need to accommodate (5) five additional dispatch stations, (4) four additional spaces for future growth and additional department support space.
