Gilbert, AZ is seeking proposals for the development of a Recreation Amenity on approximately 5 acres, or a portion thereof, at Gilbert Regional Park located south of Queen Creek Road and West of Higley Road. Proposal Requirement: Each proposal will be in accordance with the proposal requirements, set forth in the Request for Proposals, which may be downloaded Electronically. Any proposal which does not conform in all material respects to the Request for Proposals will be considered non-responsive. Gilbert reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any informality in a proposal or to withhold the Award for any reason Gilbert determines.
