As of April 15, 2022, the project has been awarded. Although a firm timeline for construction has not been established, construction is expected to commence in mid-May, 2022. This is the extension of sanitary sewer and water service to the properties adjacent to Maras Street, 13th Avenue, Hansen Avenue and the east side of Stagecoach. The project requires the construction of a lift station and watermain loop. Possible sewer grants may be available as this area is in a ground water sensitive area being the Eagle Creek Watershed.
