Site work for a water / sewer project in Pasadena, California. Design plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project provides for assessment, design for replacement, and construction of new reservoirs. Sunset Reservoir Units 1 and 2 are over 125 years old and in need of replacement. Work will include the replacement of reservoirs, a new treatment facility, booster station façade improvements, well improvements, and other site enhancements. The project is included in the City's 2026-2030 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of November 24, 2025, per the owner, this project is in the design phase. The city expects to put this project out for bid mid to late 2026 for construction services.
