Site work, new construction and renovation of a library in Boise, Idaho. Design plans call for the expansion of a library.
As of January 25, 2022, this project is on hold indefinitely. The city is no longer pursuing a special election on the project. A timeline for construction has not been determined. The project will replace the existing 80,500 sq. ft. square foot Library with a new 115,000 sq. ft. building. The total project includes: Library: 115,000 sq. ft. Arts & History: 22,000 sq. ft. Event Space: 18,000 sq. ft. Plaza: 20,000 sq. ft.
