OPW 51810: 108th Street - Decatur Street to Burt Street This project work will consist of upgrading the existing two lane rural road to a three lane urban section. Sanitary sewer liner, retaining walls, storm sewers, ADA compliant ramps, and sidewalks will be installed. *This project requires submission of an Economic Equity and Inclusion Plan (EEIP). *This project qualifies for Apprentice utilization. Contractor should attach Apprenticeship Incentive Form (AIF) with their bid submission to utilize this provision. *This project has an SEB reserve for ESB and SB Tier 1 & 2 categories for 3% of the total base bid amount.
