Work includes removal of portions of the existing City dock and ferry terminal structures, refurbishment of the existing pile support approach deck, new pile supported dock and ferry staging structures, new offshore mooring dolphins and other associated work encompassing fuel and electrical systems and a new fuel operations building structure. New timber mooring floats, additional cathodic protection anodes and pile wrap of existing piles for corrosion protection are also included in additive alternates.
