This project will upgrade traffic signals to provide higher visibility by adding larger signal heads, brighter illumination with LED modules, and additional signal heads over travel lanes with protected phasing where needed. Signal Coordination using new controller equipment will reduce congestion and improve safety through radio interconnection.
