Hilldale Stormwater Improvements Project - Phase 3 CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 10/10/2022 9:00 AM Phase 3, generally consisting of installation of new stormwater infrastructure, including inlets and piping, along Clark Street, Skyview Drive, and through the Hilldale Baseball Park, bituminous concrete permanent pavement restoration, regrading of an existing swale adjacent to Gail Drive, and all incidental work related thereto. All construction Work is included in one (1) Prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis with alternate bids as indicated in the Bid Form. Each Bid, when submitted, must be accompanied by a (A) "Bid Security" in an amount equal to 10% of Bidder's maximum Bid price to be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders; and (B) all forms, statements, affidavits and certifications, as more particularly listed in Article 7 of each Bid Form. A Pre-Bid Conference has not been scheduled at this time. If this changes, it will be coordinated through an Addendum that will be posted via the Program. Bidder(s) attention is called to the fact that not less than the minimum wages and salaries in accordance with provisions of Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act 442 and contained in the Bidding/Contract Documents, must be paid throughout the duration of the Contract.
