For Haines Street Drainage Improvements Project The Plains Township Board of Commissioners will receive Bids online for the Plains Township Haines Street Drainage Improvements Project, generally consisting the replacement of a stormwater pipe, structures, restoration, and all incidental work related thereto. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE: 1/27/2023 12:00 PM All construction Work is included in one (1) Prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Each Bid, when submitted, must be accompanied by a (A) "Bid Security" in an amount equal to 10% of Bidder's maximum Bid price to be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders; and (B) all forms, statements, affidavits and certifications, as more particularly listed in Article 7 of each Bid Form. A Pre-Bid Conference has not been scheduled at this time. If this changes, it will be coordinated through an Addendum that will be posted electronically Bidder(s) attention is called to the fact that not less than the minimum wages and salaries in accordance with provisions of Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act 442 and contained in the Bidding/Contract Documents, must be paid throughout the duration of the Contract.
