All tree limbs located within three (3') feet of the edge of the road shoulder vertically to be removed. All materials to be removed from site Remove approximately thirty-five trees as marked. Provide traffic control when working in public roadways. Daily road cleaning. Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $870.00 per calendar day. Bids will be opened at the Board of Supervisors Meeting, January 17, 2023 at 4:30 PM. Proposals must be submitted on the form provided by the Municipality. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the municipality. A performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within twenty (20) days after the contract is awarded. The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
