Construction of a woods trail from the existing wetlands observatory platform to Cromwell St . A Prevailing Wage determination has been requested from the PA Department of Labor and Industry and Prevailing Wage Rates apply to this project. The determination is included in the bid package. The project briefy described is: o Construction of a woods trail with stream crossing. Question Deadline: 07/12/2024 at 4:00 PM ET , All inquiries must be made in writing; email inquiries are acceptable. No inquiries will be accepted . A performance bond in the amount of 100 percent of the contract amount shall be provided by the successful bidder within 20 days of the award. A bid bond for 10% of the base bid amount shall be provided with the bid. Any Request for Information (RFI) must include specific identifcation of the Project by name. Bids may be held by Palmyra Township for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days from the date of Bid Opening for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating the qualifcations of the Bidder, prior to the award of the Contract. Palmyra Township will award the bid to the lowest responsible bidder, reserving the right to waive any informality and accept or reject any and all Bids.
