General Construction $1,400,000 Electrical Construction $400,000 HVAC Construction $50,000 General Construction: General Contractor (GC) shall perform general construction as fully described in the Conformed Project Manual. GC shall provide all excavation, backfill and compaction necessary for Dutchland to install the tanks and furnish the labor to install the pipe and equipment inside the treatment tanks. GC shall provide all other new treatment facilities as needed to produce a fully functioning plant including but not limited aeration blowers, return/waste sludge plus nitrate and mixed liquor recycle pumps in the existing Treatment Building, and chemical feeds in a portable building. GC shall provide demolition includes part of existing marsh treatment basins.GC shall provide all associated piping and other accessories and facilities to provide a fully functioning treatment including new interior as well as exterior above grade and buried process piping, fittings, and valves, handrail, painting, erosion and sediment control, site restoration, take down and restore as needed existing fencing. GC shall remove and safely dispose of existing constructed wetlands contents. WWTP Prepurchase Contract: Township will prepurchase treatment tanks consisting of biological reactor, secondary clarifier, ultraviolet (UV) light disinfection system including its control panel and reaeration basin from Dutchland Inc. which shall provide (furnish and install) precast tanks, and furnish submersible mixing pumps, air diffusers, air and process pipe, valves, and accessories to be set inside or on top of the tanks, extending to immediately outside of the walls. Electrical Construction: Electrical Contractor (EC) shall perform electrical construction as fully described in the Conformed Project Manual. EC Scope of Work includes but is not limited to providing electrical power supply and control wiring to the following new treatment facilities: aeration blowers, influent, return/waste and internal recycle pumps, chemical feeds, UV disinfection and submersible mixing pumps in new treatment tanks. EC shall provide and integrate Main Control Panel, process control metering and instrumentation, along with variable frequency drives for aeration blowers, influent, RAS/WAS, and recycle pumps. EC shall integrate the above with control panels provided by manufacturers of UV disinfection, screen and influent pumps. EC shall demolish existing SBR Control Panel, electrical power distribution and controls. EC shall provide all other electrical accessories and facilities necessary to provide a fully functioning treatment plant including wiring, conduit and hangars, safety switches, all-new LED site and interior lighting, receptacles, etc. Heating and Ventilation Construction: Heating and Ventilation Contractor shall perform heating and ventilation construction as fully described in the Conformed Project Manual. Provide heating and ventilation systems in various arrangements for new and existing buildings, including all necessary accessories and facilities to provide fully functioning buildings. Demolish existing heaters and ventilation fans.
