Project Locations: Universal Park - 1 Memorial Park Lane, Penn Hills, Pa 15235 0lu Community Park - 120 Colorado Street, Verona, Pa 15147 Serial No. 20222705217 - UNIVERSAL PARK 20222711740 - COMMUNITY PARK This project, involves the construction of three (3) prefabricated pavilions, including but not limited to, existing pavilion and pad demolition; miscellaneous site feature removals and protections; bulk excavation, subgrade preparation and fine grading; the purchase, assembly, and installation of three (3) prefabricated pavilions including the installation of concrete piers and concrete slabs for pavilion placement; site signage; erosion and sediment control measures; asphalt and concrete paving; concrete wheel stops, line striping; miscellaneous electrical work; site restoration and associated site incidentals; complete in place. This project involves, the installation of a Municipality-selected play set, including, but not limited to, bulk excavation, subgrade preparation and fine grading; the placement of a poured-in-place rubber playground surface; concrete paving; erosion and sediment control measure; the purchase, assembly, and placement of a Municipality-selected play set; site protection; site restoration; and associated site incidentals, complete in place. Bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bidder's Bond from a Surety Company authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, made to the order of Municipality of Penn Hills, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania in an amount equal to ten (10%) percent of the total amount of the Proposal. Bids shall be valid for sixty (60) days beyond the time of bid opening. The Municipality of Penn Hills, Pennsylvania reserves the right to waive any formalities or to reject any or all Proposals.
