Widen the east and west bound approaches on Hilfiker Lane SE to allow construction of left-turn lanes and bike lanes in both directions. Replace existing traffic signal with a modern signal, extend fiber optic traffic signal interconnect system; construct new curbs, ADA compliant sidewalks and curb ramps; construct storm sewer system improvements, including water quality swales; and pavement grinding and overlay within the project limits.
