Site work and renovation of a civil project in San Bruno, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The objective of the project is to replace/rehabilitate four segments of San Andreas Pipeline No. 2, for a total of approximately 6,500 linear feet from Harry Tracy Water Treatment Plant to the Golden Gate National Cemetery in San Bruno. The work is to be performed in San Mateo, California. There will be no bid discounts for this contract. The LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement is 11%. The contract scope of work limits LBE participation because a major portion of the work involves specialized pipeline/well drilling work and procurement/fabrication of large diameter steel pipeline and related materials. Both San Francisco Small & Micro-LBEs and SFPUC-LBEs (Firms certified by SF Contract Monitoring Division) can be utilized to meet this requirement.
