Otto Construction is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to pre-qualified firms to provide Design-Assist and Construction services for the Art Sculpture Lab project at CSU Sacramento, Sacramento, California. The Project generally consists of new structures of approximately 18,0000 gross square feet to house College of Arts & Letters function, including Drawing Labs, Sculpture Lab, Wood Shop, Metal & Welding Shop, Art Studios, support spaces, outdoor work yards and outdoor common areas. A second phase will consist of demolition and removal of the existing Art Sculpture Lab building and grounds and development of surface parking on that site. A job walk will be available upon request. The campus is open to the public and you may visit the job site at any time. The Project preconstruction duration is 180 calendar days as indicated in the Project Schedule, RFP 4.01. C. The construction duration is 330 calendar days as indicated in the Project Schedule, RFP 4.01. D. Liquidated damages are $500.00 for each calendar day Preconstruction services completion is late. E.
