Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in San Francisco, California. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 1,500-bed educational facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

This project will construct approximately 1,500 new beds of on-campus student housing in a living/learning community format, creating an active neighborhood center overlooking the Lower Valley recreation area. This project will provide housing in a combination of traditional residence hall, suite-style, and apartment formats. The project will include associated academic and study space, meeting rooms, dining and retail services, recreational areas, faculty or counselor-in-residence apartments, and parking. An existing childcare center, police station, and corporation yard functions will be replaced as part of the larger project. Proceeding with this project is dependent upon a viable financial plan and qualification for placement on the Systemwide Revenue Bond Program. This project is currently in the FY 2019/2020 - 2023/2024 CIP. Per the owner, as of August 18, 2023, this project is not on the campus radar at the moment. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
