Provide additional ventilation for underfloor crawlspace, upgrade controls for central plant and new equipment. PLUMBING: Replace damaged and broken sanitary sewer and domestic water piping in crawl space, extend domestic water to outdoor learning stations. Provide insulation and jacketing for heat traced grease waste piping. ELECTRICAL: Update kitchen and main distribution panelboard schedules Replace common area lighting with new LED fixtures and controls. Replace exit lighting with new. Provide maintenance lighting for crawlspace. Support mechanical equipment replacement scope. STRUCTURAL: Repair instances of honeycombing on concrete structural elements.
