The City reserves the right to refuse any and/or all parts of any and or/all Bids and to waive formalities in the best interest of the City. The City of Sunset Valley does not discriminate based on race, color, national origin, sex, religion, and age or disability status in employment, procurement or provisions of service. All questions related to requirements, processes, or scope of work for this RFB should be submitted in writing to the City Contact identified in section 2 below.
