Renovation of a municipal facility in Austin, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Health and Human Services Commission ("Owner"), for and on behalf of its Health and Specialty Care System Division ("HSCS"), is soliciting Competitive Sealed Proposals ("Proposals") for selection of a General Contractor ("Contractor") to provide general construction and construction administration services to the Owner for Project No. 24-120-AUL, Emergency Generator Replacement (the "Project"), in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this Solicitation. Project Summary: The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Provide all material, labor, and equipment to remove existing generators and equipment where indicated; and furnish and install the emergency generators and associated ATS, concrete foundations, fence enclosures, etc., on Buildings 519, 727, 781, 782, 783, 784 and 785 as indicated in the plans and specifications for a complete and operational system(s) meeting all applicable codes.
