Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Calgary, Alberta. Completed plans call for the construction of a 185,000-square-foot, six-story above grade, 500-space parking garage; 50,000-square-foot office development; and 5,000-square-foot retail development.
Construction of a new cast-in-place concrete and steel above grade parkade; six-storeys approx. 185,000 sq ft. The structure will provide approx. 500 stalls, and will include a 50,000 sq ft innovation centre on the second level (consisting of offices, classrooms, and makerspace workshops), and approx. 5,000 sq ft of commercial use at grade. The exterior of the innovations centre will be clad in a curtain wall system. Construction is underway. Total project cost is estimated to be approx. $80M. Construction budget for the project $52.35M: -Parkade $38.6M -Innovation centre $13.7M
