The purpose of the Request for Proposal is to receive formal response for a skilled Construction Manager with expertise in the delivery of construction management services for roof and skylight replacements at the Core Research Center (CRC) in Northwest Calgary. The scope of work includes the following roof sections identified below as well as the replacement of skylights. Upper Roof: approximately 60,000 Sq. FT Lower Roof: approximately 20,000 Sq.
